Please note that the lot to the East of 8th and Railroad and the West 8th and Railroad parking lot are available for parking on the day of the event. Parking will not be allowed along the parade route which includes Reid St, E 8th St. from Weber to Phillips Ave, and on Phillips Ave from 5th St. to 9th St.
